We specialise in remote services, such as telephone consultations, including the use of Skype, but also offer our services in our own clinics or on client sites, should face-to-face consultations be required.
Our telephone consultation service offers a modern, quick paperless service delivery, so that managers are able to make informed decisions regarding their employee.
The telephone service offers three levels, with the initial consultation often providing answers to the questions asked, in a cost effective manner. Should further time and information be required a standard timed consultation can be booked, with extra time allowed for the more complex cases.
Each referral will be triaged to determine if the consultation can be dealt with by a fully qualified Specialist Occupational Health Practitioner or requires other clinical personnel to be involved such as a Physician or Counsellor.

We are able to conduct drug and alcohol screening, including chain of custody where required. We can do this at any time (with additional call-out charges out of normal working hours).
We have a network of specialists in Health and Safety, Ergonomics, Display Screen Equipment/Workplace assessments and First Aid training.
We are able to advise on Occupational Health as well as Health and Safety policy requirements.
Working in partnership with a Human Resources provider, we are able to offer the full range of services that businesses require, from smallest to the largest of concerns.
